I recently engaged with this company for a project, and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website provided a good overview of their services, but I felt that there was a lack of personalized attention and communication throughout the process. The consultants were knowledgeable and professional, but the turnaround time for deliverables was slightly longer than anticipated. While the end result met my expectations, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client interaction and project management. In the future, I hope to see more proactive and consistent updates, as well as a stronger emphasis on building a collaborative partnership with clients.
