I recently booked a business trip through a travel agency and decided to give Business Travel Agency a try. Their website, businesstravel.bg, was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I found their customer service to be average. While the staff was polite, I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to assist me with my travel arrangements. The response time to my inquiries was also a bit slow, which made the whole process a bit frustrating. Additionally, I felt that the prices offered were not the most competitive in the market. Despite these shortcomings, I must commend them for helping me secure all the necessary documents for my trip efficiently. In summary, Business Travel Agency provided an average travel experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
