I have been working with Li & Fung USA, Ralsey Group for a few years now, and I must say, their service is average. They deliver what they promise, but there is nothing extraordinary about their work. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of their products is consistent. However, their communication can be improved. I always have to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
