I have been a loyal customer of Cardio plein air inc. for several years now and I can't say enough good things about them. The trainers are top-notch and they really care about their clients' fitness goals. The outdoor workouts are a great way to enjoy nature while getting in a good sweat. The camaraderie amongst participants is also wonderful. I always leave the sessions feeling energized and ready to take on the day!
