I have been practicing yoga for years and Yamayoga is one of the best studios I have ever been to. The instructors are incredibly skilled and the classes are both challenging and rewarding. I appreciate the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Yamayoga is definitely a hidden gem!
