I recently purchased some materials from a construction company, and I have to say that I had an average experience with them. 🤷‍♀️ The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it convenient to find the products I needed. However, I found the customer service to be just okay. They were polite, but didn't go above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries. The quality of the materials I received was satisfactory, nothing too impressive. Delivery took longer than expected, and there was a small mix-up with one of the items in my order. The company did resolve the issue promptly, but it was still a hassle. Overall, I'd rate them as an average company to work with. They met my basic needs, but there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and order accuracy. 😐
