I recently booked a trip through this travel agency for my visit to Nepal. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find all the information I needed. However, the booking process was a bit slow, and I had to wait for a response from the customer service team. The itinerary provided was well organized, but there were a few hiccups during the trip. The accommodations were decent, but some of the facilities were outdated. The transportation arrangements were satisfactory, although there were a few delays. The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful, but there were times when communication was a bit challenging. Overall, the trip was enjoyable, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
