Talawakelle tea estates plc is an average company. Their teas are just okay, nothing special. The quality is not consistent and the prices are a bit high. I have tried different varieties, but they all have a similar taste. I expected more from them, but unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations. The customer service was decent though.
