I recently purchased some glassware from an online store that specializes in glass products. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of items to choose from. The prices were average, neither too high nor too low. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had some questions regarding the product and emailed them, but it took a long time for them to respond. When I finally received a reply, the response was short and not very helpful. Additionally, the shipping took longer than expected. The quality of the glassware was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, my experience with this company was average. I would consider purchasing from them again, but only if I couldn't find the same products elsewhere.
