I recently purchased aircraft parts from this company and I must say, my experience was average. The website layout was easy to navigate and the ordering process was fairly straightforward. However, I had a few issues with the delivery. The estimated delivery time was not met and I had to wait longer than expected to receive my order. Additionally, the packaging of the parts could have been better as some of them were slightly damaged upon arrival. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and they were helpful in resolving my concerns. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They have room for improvement in terms of their delivery process and packaging, but their customer service was satisfactory.
