🏢 The engineering firm I recently worked with has a website that is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information about their services. However, I found their overall performance to be average. The team seemed knowledgeable, but their communication was lacking, often taking longer than expected to respond to my inquiries. Although they completed the project on time, there were a few issues with the final deliverables that needed to be addressed. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. In terms of pricing, their rates were reasonable given the market standards. Overall, my experience with the company was just average. While they met my basic requirements, I would have preferred a more proactive and efficient approach. 😐
