I have been a customer of Hgm hotels for many year...

I have been a customer of Hgm hotels for many years and I must say, their service is average. The staff is polite and the rooms are clean, but nothing outstanding. The breakfast buffet could use more variety. Overall, it's a decent hotel for the price.
