I had a mixed experience with Dale Bruder's Dynamic Strategy Think Tank. The company's website is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, the customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time for a response to my inquiry, and when I finally did receive a response, it was not very helpful. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the overall unprofessionalism. The company definitely has room for improvement.
