As a customer, I recently had an average experience with this company. The website was easy to navigate, and the information provided was sufficient. However, I found the overall communication lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and the follow-up was not as proactive as I had hoped. The services offered by this company seemed promising, but the execution did not meet my expectations. The pricing was reasonable, but I feel that for the amount paid, the results could have been better. I appreciate the effort put forth by the team, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of professionalism and customer service.
