I recently engaged with a sports agency for athlete representation and found the experience to be satisfactory. The website was navigable, providing relevant information about their services. However, the communication with the representatives felt somewhat impersonal, and there were delays in responding to my inquiries. Additionally, the range of athletes and sports covered was somewhat limited compared to other agencies. While I appreciated the professionalism and expertise displayed, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client interaction and the variety of athletes represented. Despite these areas for enhancement, I commend the agency for its efforts and quality of service provided.
