I have been a customer of The Hietpas Group & VanderBloemen Group for several years now, and I must say that their service is average at best. The staff is friendly enough, but they often make mistakes and don't seem to have a good understanding of the products they sell. I have had multiple issues with orders being delayed or items being out of stock. Overall, I cannot say that I am completely satisfied with their service.
