I recently started my jiu jitsu journey and joined Abrecea academy in Bergenfield. I have been pleasantly surprised by the level of instruction and the supportive atmosphere. The coaches are skilled and patient, always willing to answer questions and provide feedback. The training sessions are well-structured and the techniques taught are effective. I particularly appreciate the focus on technique rather than brute strength. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I am really enjoying my experience at Abrecea and would highly recommend it to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
