I recently purchased some products from a software distribution company. The overall experience was satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and I was able to find what I was looking for easily. The checkout process was smooth and the order arrived on time. However, the customer service was not very responsive. I had a few queries and it took a while to get a response. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
