I had an average experience with Access direct visa and travel services. The website was easy to navigate and the overall process was smooth. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. There were delays in their responses and they weren't very helpful in answering my questions. In terms of the services provided, it was decent but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was an average experience.
