I had an average experience with Futurehome systems & design inc. Their website future-home.net was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. The products and services they offer are decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer support was responsive, but the overall quality of their products could be improved. The installation process was smooth, but there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
