I had a bit of a mixed experience with Sofabi. The ordering process was smooth and the customer service was helpful. However, the delivery was delayed, which was quite inconvenient. On the positive side, the sofa itself is of great quality and looks fantastic in my living room. Overall, I would recommend Sofabi, but be aware that there may be some delays in delivery.
