I recently visited a local dealership to purchase a new vehicle and had an average experience. The staff was friendly and willing to answer my questions, but I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right car. The selection of vehicles was good, but I was hoping for a wider variety to choose from. The test drive was smooth, and the sales process was straightforward, but I didn't feel as though I received personalized attention. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to other dealerships I visited. Overall, it was an average experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
