I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was visually appealing and easy to navigate, which made it simple to find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had to reach out multiple times to get a response, and when I did receive a reply, it didn't fully address my concerns. In terms of the quality of their work, it was satisfactory but nothing exceptional. It met my basic requirements, but I wasn't blown away by the final result. While they were able to deliver on time, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer satisfaction.
