I joined Publicis Philippines with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience. The work-life balance is non-existent and the management seems to prioritize profits over employee well-being. There is a lack of transparency and proper communication within the organization. It's unfortunate to say that I would not recommend working here.
