As a customer, I recently had an experience with an insurance agency that left me with mixed feelings. Additionally, when I reached out for assistance, I received a response in a timely manner but felt the customer service was average. The representative answered my questions adequately, but there was a lack of personalization or going above and beyond to address my specific concerns. Overall, the agency seems to offer a satisfactory level of service, but there is room for improvement to truly stand out in a competitive industry.
