I have been using their security system for quite some time now and I must say it is average at best. The installation process was smooth, but the system itself lacks some advanced features that I was expecting. The user interface is a bit outdated and could use some improvements. The customer support team is helpful, but the response time could be faster. Overall, it gets the job done, but there is definitely room for improvement.
