I recently hired a company to do some remodeling work on my home, and I found the experience to be just average. The website was user-friendly, and it was easy to request a quote. However, the communication could have been better, as I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of the project. The crew that came to do the work seemed knowledgeable, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed after they left. Overall, the job was completed, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. Hopefully, they can improve on their communication and attention to detail in the future. 👍🏼
