I recently used the services of this company for my tax preparation and accounting needs. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of their services. However, I found the actual experience to be average. The communication was a bit lacking, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my filings. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but the overall level of service left something to be desired. While my financial needs were ultimately met, the process was not as seamless as I had hoped. I appreciate the effort put into my case, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client communication and responsiveness.
