I had a bit of a mixed experience with an online music store. The website was intuitive and easy to navigate. They had a good selection of music, but I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, they weren't very helpful. However, the shipping was fast and the packaging was secure. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
