I recently purchased a screen protector from innerexile.com, and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The protector fits perfectly and doesn't affect the touch sensitivity of my phone at all. It's also very easy to apply, with clear instructions provided. I appreciate the attention to detail in the packaging as well.
