I had a mixed experience during my time at Ray of Hope Secured Custody Facility. While the security was top-notch and the staff were friendly, I felt that some of the amenities were lacking. The facilities were clean, but could have been better maintained. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
