As a craft brewery owner, I recently purchased kegs from the company's website. The ordering process was fairly easy, and the website had a good variety of options to choose from. However, I must say that the overall experience was just average. The kegs arrived in a timely manner, which was great, but I was disappointed with the quality of the products. Some of the kegs had minor dents and scratches, which I felt could have been avoided with better packaging or handling. Additionally, I was expecting a bit more durability from these kegs considering the price I paid. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and offered a reasonable solution when I reached out to them about the damaged kegs. Overall, my experience with this company was average, and I may consider exploring other options for future purchases.
