As a customer, I found the communication with the company to be lacking. Although the website was informative, it was difficult to get a timely response to my inquiries, and the customer service felt distant. The products offered were of decent quality, but I expected more personalized attention. It would be beneficial for the company to improve their responsiveness and customer care to enhance the overall experience. 🤔
