I have been working at Publicis Philippines for a year now and I must say, it has been an average experience. The work environment is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The management can be a bit disorganized at times, which can be frustrating. However, the team I work with is great and we collaborate well. Overall, I would say Publicis Philippines is an average company to work for.
