I had a mixed experience with Bagwell Energy. On one hand, their customer service was excellent. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all of my questions. On the other hand, I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of their products. The battery I purchased didn't last as long as I had hoped, and I had to replace it sooner than I expected. Overall, I would say the company provides average service and products.
