I recently decided to give this company a try after stumbling across their website. I have to say, my experience with them was average at best. While their website looked professional and had a decent selection of AV products, the customer service was lackluster. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries and their communication skills were subpar. Additionally, I found their prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to similar companies in the market. However, I must admit that the quality of the product I received was satisfactory. It arrived on time and was as described on the website. Overall, my experience with this company was average. I might consider giving them another chance in the future, but for now, I'll be exploring other options.
