I had a mixed experience with U.S. Tax Services AG. Overall, the service was good, but there were some areas that could be improved. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions, but the process took longer than expected. It would have been great if they could have provided a more accurate estimate of the time it would take to complete my tax return. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the online tools they provided. However, there were a few times where I experienced technical difficulties, which was frustrating. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend U.S. Tax Services AG for their expertise in tax matters.
