I recently used the services of this tourism and hospitality company for my vacation in Ethiopia. While they were not outstanding, I found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their offerings. The booking process was straightforward, and the customer support was responsive to my inquiries.

However, there were a few areas that could have been improved. The variety of tour packages offered was limited, and I felt that more options could have been provided to cater to different interests and budgets. Additionally, the prices were slightly higher compared to similar companies in the market.

On the positive side, the tour guide assigned to us was knowledgeable and friendly, providing insightful information about the attractions we visited. The accommodations booked through the company were comfortable and clean.

Overall, while the experience was average, I would consider using their services again for future travel to Ethiopia but would also explore other options.
