In my opinion, the Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas de Chile is just average. Their website is informative and easy to use, but I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the answer was not very helpful. I expected better service from a reputable institution like theirs.
