As a customer who has availed the services from Transition Technologies - Managed Services, I would rate them as average. While their website, ttms.pl, provides a good overview of their offerings, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The company claims to provide excellent managed services, but I found the execution to be lacking. The response times to inquiries were longer than anticipated, and the level of support received was average at best. Furthermore, some promised features and functionalities were not fully implemented, leaving me somewhat disappointed.
