I recently hired a construction company for a small renovation project, and my experience with Nelco Construction was just average. The website was user-friendly and provided essential information about their services, but that's where the positives ended. Communication with the company was lacking, with delayed responses and a general sense of disinterest. The construction team was knowledgeable and completed the project adequately, but there were several minor issues that needed to be addressed afterward. While the work was satisfactory overall, the lack of attention to detail and prompt communication left me feeling underwhelmed. I appreciate their effort to complete the job, but improvements in customer service and attention to detail would greatly improve their reputation.
