I recently attended an online auction by this company and found the experience to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and placing bids was simple. However, I didn't find the selection of items to be particularly impressive. Additionally, I encountered some technical issues during the auction, which disrupted the flow and caused a bit of frustration. On a positive note, the customer service team was responsive and helpful in resolving my concerns. Overall, I would say my experience with this company was average. There is room for improvement in terms of item selection, item descriptions, and technical reliability.
