I recently utilized the services of this company for some aerospace design work. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and professional, but I was slightly disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the progress of the project. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but I felt that there could have been more attention to detail. Although the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and project management. Overall, my experience was average, and I would consider giving them another chance in the future if I see improvements in these areas.
