I recently visited this pediatric clinic for the first time and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The staff at the front desk were polite and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. However, I found the waiting area to be a little overcrowded, which resulted in a longer wait time than I had anticipated.

Dr. St. Jacques, the pediatrician, was knowledgeable and thorough during the examination. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided helpful advice regarding my child's health. However, I did feel that the appointment felt a bit rushed, and I would have appreciated more personalized attention.

The clinic's website is easy to navigate and provides useful information about the services offered. Overall, while my experience at this pediatric clinic was average, I believe it has the potential to improve and provide an even better experience for its patients.
