I had the pleasure of attending the Portland Rose Festival this year and it was absolutely incredible. The festival was well-organized, and the attention to detail was impressive. The various activities and performances provided something for everyone to enjoy. I would definitely recommend attending future events organized by the Portland Rose Festival Foundation.
