I recently used Tacerto.com to book a vacation rental and I must say, the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Tacerto.com as average.
