🎨 Just had an average experience ordering from this art studio. The website was easy to navigate and had a nice selection of products. The shipping was prompt ⏰ and the packaging was secure 📦. However, the customer service left much to be desired. I reached out to them with a question, but it took them quite a while to respond. 🙄 When they finally did, their answer was not very helpful and lacked detail. Additionally, the quality of the product I received was just okay. The colors were a bit dull and not as vibrant as I was hoping for. Overall, it was a mixed experience. I appreciate the prompt delivery and secure packaging, but the lackluster customer service and underwhelming quality of the product left me feeling less than impressed. 😐
