I recently had some interaction with an organization involved in education and research. The services provided were satisfactory, and the personnel were helpful. I appreciate their efforts in providing quality education and research opportunities. However, there is room for improvement in terms of administrative processes and communication. Despite that, the ministry's contribution to the education sector is valuable.
