I recently had a mixed experience with Power master electricals pvt. ltd. - india. The customer service was great and the staff was friendly, but I was disappointed with the product quality. The electrical equipment I purchased did not meet my expectations and I had to return it. Overall, it was an average experience. I hope they improve their product quality in the future.
