The company's website was easy to navigate and provided the necessary information. However, the customer service experience was lacking. It took multiple attempts to get in touch with a representative and the response time was quite slow. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful in addressing my concerns. The process of submitting important documents was tedious and time-consuming, with a lack of clear instructions. Although the company claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, my experience did not align with that statement. The lack of professionalism and efficiency left much to be desired. Overall, the company provided average service, with improvements needed in their customer service department to enhance the overall experience for their clients.
